Session Details
Photography sessions starting at just $75, inclusive of 1 hr of session time for mom and 2 children. Each additional child is only $25 extra. Choose between a variety of backdrops, including a fun Bluey Themed option, or capture moments in the beauty of nature. Cancellation Policy
30% Non-refundable deposit required at signing of contact if NOT paid within 72 hours Booked Session will be canceled and taken off the photographers schedule. Dogs are allowed for photographs with proof of Current Rabies Vaccination. Additional fees may apply depending on situation such as but not limited to Rush fees, late fees, driving distance, rude or belligerent behavior. Rush Fees Start at $100, Late Fees start at $50 for every hour late at the 30 minute mark. Driving Distance will be calculated based on distance and gas prices assuming 20 MPG is the average. Rude and belligerent behavior will start at $150 per action which includes but not limited to insults, yelling, name calling, physical aggression, verbal or mental aggression, threats made towards the business (A Royal Penguin Photography), photographer (Ashlee), business or photographer belongings (added the cost of replacement and or repair along with the fee) or anyone associated with either stated before. Cancelations and reschedules are allowed, customers can cancel or reschedule appointments themselves up to 7 days before their appointment, if cancelations happen closer to the appointment the photographer must be contacted to change, edit or cancel appointment in topic. Rescheduling times depend on availability of photographer and no time can be promised unless new contract is signed. Outstanding Payments are due at time of service, payment information will be charged unless new payment is provided, if payment is not successful client has 72 hours to fix the payment method, if after 72 hours payment is still not received, legal action will be taken to the courts as well as a late payment fee of $50 a week will be added till Paid. The photographer (Ashlee) and the Business ( A Royal Penguin Photography) owns all rights to the photographs and may use them as she/ they see fit such as but not limited to, advertising, marketing, AD Creation and Promotional Materials. and clients will not receive compensation for any sales, booking, business, or profit obtained from the photographs used. In the event a client is not satisfied with the items received, legal action can not be taken against the photographer and/ or anyone associated with A Royal Penguin Photography personally. By booking an appointment the client agrees to all these terms and conditions stated in this policy and therefore releases the Photographer (Ashlee) and the business ( A Royal Penguin Photography) from all liabilities.
